There is no doubt in my mind that this was the first step of a special journey for this couple- they are perfect for each other! Katie and Michael's wedding was held at the Riverfront in Littleton, Colorado.

Peggy and Matt were recently engaged and I had been looking forward to this shoot for a while. Peggy decided an "urban" engagement session would be fun since it suited their personalities. Downtown Denver was so different from any other location I'd photographed before, but I loved it. Clearly, they are both naturals in front of the camera! Here's the extra large sneak peek...
I was pretty excited about this teal wall- it turned out to be a great spot.
To end the session, we headed to Coors Field. Matt works for the Rockies, so we were able to go "behind the scenes" and get some fun shots. This one was taken in the dugout...
And this is the spot where they got engaged!

I was so excited when my great friend (since elementary school) called to say that she would be in town from California. Not only did that mean that I would get to see her, but she also asked me to photgraph her beautiful children! They were extremely cooperative- here are a few favorites from our morning...

I met up with this great couple over the weekend at Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. They are good friends of mine and we had a fun time walking around the park and taking pictures. Their baby boy is due to arrive in June.
Clearly, she has a beautiful pregnancy glow.

My little guy recently turned 7 months old and it is such a great age to photgraph. They are usually full of smiles and can sit up but not yet crawl or run away. Alex proved to be a great subject!
We had a warm, sunny day and so I took most of these in my garage (it has the best natural light). I thought it was cool that if you look in his eye, you can clearly see the reflection of the garage door open to the outside!
And one of big sister, Olivia, who wanted to have her picture taken as well.
