Two Times the Fun!

I was so excited to meet this family and and their twins!  We started outside for a quick picture of the whole family. 

We then headed inside to take individual pictures... first of sweet Sydney...

and then of her animated brother, Evan.

Since their first birthday is right around the corner, we ended with a cake smash.  It's always fun to see how different babies react to having full access to sweet treats right in front of them, and these two were twice the fun!  Both checked out their cupcakes a bit and then were ready to move on and explore some more.

Round Two: Lifestyle

I met up with this fun family again... this time under better conditions.  We had warmer weather and they had the comfort of their own home.  It made for a great photoshoot!

I caught this cute expression while he was playing in his backyard.

 We headed back inside into Hunter's room and took some lifestyle pictures as mom and dad read him some stories... oh how I'd love to images like this of me with my kids!

All Came Together

A beautiful Colorado afternoon at Red Rocks paired with a fantastic family in perfectly coordinating blues all came together for a great photo session!

Siblings

I always thought it would be fun to have a lot of siblings when I was growing up (I have one brother), and this family reminded me why.  They were all so cooperative and got along beautifully.

First up is Joshua who was full of personality and a natural in front of the camera-

Big sister Dominique is the oldest and was such a good helper- isn't she beautiful?

This is Jared who is so sweet and happy and listened intently to everything I asked him.

Here is the baby of the family, Natasha, with her beautiful big brown eyes...

I had so much fun with this adorable six-month-old!  He was so smiley and happily modeled for me- I love this age!  A few favorites...

Just One...

This family had the great idea of doing some family pictures at the same place they got married- The Boettcher Mansion.  We had a bright, sunny day; however, it was FREEZING!  We were able to get a quick family picture... we will take some more at a later time in a warmer spot!

Thanks for braving the cold for a little bit... we'll meet up again soon!

Adoring

Meet Zachary... his mom and I are old friends from elementary school and I was so excited when she contacted me to set up a session.  I had a wonderful time catching up with her and snuggling this sweet little peanut.  Here he is at just 7 days...

Congratulations- it was so nice to see you again and meet Zachary!  I can't wait to show you the rest!

8 Day Old Perfection

 This little guy made his debut into the world on Halloween.   His dad is in the Army and currently away finishing up basic training, but he was able to make it home for the birth.  Hopefully these pictures help fill a void until the whole family is reunited in December!

Enthusiastic

What fun is was to photograph such an enthusiastic and cooperative subject!  This is the little girl of one of my good friends since elementary school.  Would you believe she is only eight?  We had a great time walking around Palmer Park in Colorado Springs complete with several outfit changes and an excellent variety of locations!

A recent session that I had scheduled was postponed due to illness, so I thought I'd take advantage of the warm weather and fall leaves and attempt to photograph my own kids.  They're a little tired of the camera, so these took quite a bit of work.  I did, however, manage to get a few keepers...

Mini-Books and Holiday Cards

I just got these back from my photo lab and love them so much that I wanted to share!  These are 3"x3" fold-out accordion books that include 6-10 images from your session.

They come in a set of three identical books.

I have several templates available and many cover color options to choose from. They make wonderful brag books and are the perfect holiday gift!

In addition, I also have these fun holiday card templates.  They come die-cut in your choice of the five shapes shown below... 

They are either 5x5 or 5x7, come double-sided, and can be customized.
